lifting limits in PP

Sorry should know this but not needed to build an account in a long time.. where on the newer vamp paypal is the option to upload documents to lift receiving/sending limits.. it used to be on the left hand side on the main page however I can't find the option anywhere?:ranger:
I looked in the resolution centre too?

It's not an option anymore.

You need to sell to the EU limit, then send docs once requested.
