lifting limits in PP

Sorry should know this but not needed to build an account in a long time.. where on the newer vamp paypal is the option to upload documents to lift receiving/sending limits.. it used to be on the left hand side on the main page however I can't find the option anywhere?
I looked in the resolution centre too?

It's not an option anymore.

You need to sell to the EU limit, then send docs once requested.

You cannot lift them in advance anymore

You have to hit the EU limits and then upload them
