Unless it's one of those rare cases where you're so severely limited they won't even let you login. But that's extremely rare and you'd have to be doing some seriously criminal activity to end up that way.
Are you still able to go through transactions, statements, print off reports etc as normal ? other than the fact the account is limited.
I have only ever been suspended on ebay so genuinely don't know.
You should still have full function on the account itself. You usually just cannot edit/update details or send money. Sometimes you also cannot issue refunds or receive money
