Paypal temporary limitation

Guys i had a stealth paypal acc with ssn linked and i forgot the phone number on it meaning i can't call paypal customer service i got an email stating "We recently received a report of unauthorized activity on a card linked to your PayPal account." but i don't have a card linked to my account can someone help me i have emailed paypal and i'm waiting for a response

yup and i called them up and they asked for ssn which i don't know because this was a bought stealth acc
