uk bank withdraw

in have couple of my uk paypal.
last few days i m suffering to withdraw in bank and also unable to send money to other.
i already talk with paypal helpline.
they advise me to change the browser .also to wait for more 24 hours.
any other tip or trick if anyone know please share

I read somewhere whilst trawling through historic posts on the forum there is a 'classic' paypal withdrawal page that doesn't suffer from the same problems as this new paypal interface.
