No one reviewed the documents I submitted

Just my story maybe consider this
I got an account earlier this year for the EU limit I upload the docs and never heard back for 2 months and I called up they said after seeing it deeper it already failed and perm 180days.but there is no email notices or anything showing in the paypal after log in,still the we are reviewing your doc blabla page.but yes it already dead.maybe give them a call to find out once it reached 2 months waiting time.

I would recomend to writte to crc@paypal.com

where do you get your docs from? PM if necessary, be going down this road soon.
