Text confirmation ?

Made a large payment on my stealth Paypal yesterday evening, went to bed.

Woke up to find texts sent every hour 3 times on my phone saying please confirm with 1 for yes or 2 for no in regards to the payment. It said the exact figure spent as well so can't be a phishing text.

I confirmed with 1 yes then I received a response immediately saying they don't accept responses through text message anymore and that I should login to check.

Just checked but paypal account appears to be normal ? I thought the worst that they limited my account all because of a large payment. But everything is as normal ... just received more money from sales today morning. I only bought the god damn item to make my paypal account stronger rather than only selling on it !

ya it does come sometimes. luckily they limit acc so leave the acc at-least for a week now and than start slowly from low amount

This account is now gone due to not responding as and when that text arrived.

This time round forget about using the paypal for shopping ... no way. I thought I was being more "human" by using the account for both selling and buying but big mistake.
