Need to call PP - what details they ask?

Hi all

I’m locked out of my PP and need to call them to access.

Could anyone advise what questions they will ask to confirm ID?

Assume: Name, Address, DOB, email address

Anything else to think about?

They might ask you for your cards first or last digits, and bank account info
