Are there any Good Alternatives to Paypal that link well with ebay

I know that this issue has been talked about but the thread in for alternatives to Paypal Specific to users in The United Kingdom.

A lot of the talk about merchant accounts talks of US based providers where the fees etc are all in $USD

What have we got to offer in the UK?

And are the alternatives as good as Paypal with regards to linking up with a Paypal account etc.

i think 2Checkout is UK based, and I believe they are eBay approved/integrated.
