Ireland (EU) tel support is closed, UK tel support is fully operational WHY

Does anyone know the Working tel number of CURRENTLY working EU PayPal Customer Support centres pls?

I've contacted the US as well as the UK customer support numerous times, unfortunetely they can't help you if you have a eu account. The only way is by messages inside your paypal, or by email.
