Ringcentral not working

Hi, I have tried 2 new stealth accounts in last couple of days, when I have tried to verify through telephone call, I get the phone call and enter code which they say is succseful, but then Paypal says this "Unfortunately, you did not pass the Confirm Location by Phone process for the following reason:
Using publicly available databases, we were unable to match your address to the phone number you selected.
So they are sending letter to **** address, does this mean that Ringcentral is now no good?
I have used Rincentral for a few accounts anfd has always worked well.

Did you use a close matching geographical number?

I did for both of them, I used address that were close to city centre.
Will try to verify another account today and see what happens.

I take it you don't add your bank account until after you have done the location cofirmation?

I usually add my bank account first but won't in this instance as I don't want to waste it....

No I never add bank account now till after phone has been confirmed, learned hard way and lost couple of bank accounts with adding them 1st.
