PayPal We’ve stopped this payment to keep you safe

Hello im still having issues receiving payments from my customers with new stealth PayPal accounts I create myself and I never used to have this issue before I realised it started happening when I closed 1 or 2 stealth PayPal account down myself because I didn’t want my customers sending money to those PayPal accounts the problem might be linked to that or not im not quite sure - however since then my customers keep getting this error message (We’ve stopped this payment to keep you safe).

Is your paypal verified by bank?

None of my stealth accounts are not verified by bank or vcc.

Re: PayPal We’ve stopped this payment to keep you safe

running long term business on paypal would require old ebay style stealth strategies where networks of paypal accounts are aged and used for limited buying and selling activity

this way it would be possible to receive large amounts in the future

Then add a vcc to the accounts at the very least.

A Paypal with no bank or card attached would be considered "higher risk" than one with something attached.

Re: PayPal We’ve stopped this payment to keep you safe

I'm thinking of trying a Guaranteed Fresh IP plan from 24vc first to try out and see if that works or should I try vcc instead?

Thanks.

If you're in the UK, you should use real IP like mobile dynamic hot spot or internet dynamic cable or so

Yes im in uk and I have told 24vc about my problem im having with the stealth PayPal accounts and they have told me it’s maybe because of account closure and I could try out their 24vc fresh guaranteed ip plan for $20.

However I tried Buypersonalproxy bought a (Monthly ISP Proxy premium proxies plan) UK and it didn’t work got the same error after 2weeks off waiting not sure if Buypersonalproxy works for new Stealth pp accounts though.

It seems like he wrote a double negative? None of my accounts are not verified...which I read as they are all verified...

Re: PayPal We’ve stopped this payment to keep you safe

There are so many typing errors, bad grammar ,I would assume he means none of his account is verified.
We need Sax4 to comment on low quality posts.
A paypal account with no cc or bank linked is often set up to send the $$ to another account.

Accounts that I have are fully verified but don’t have a vcc on them which might be the problem.

Or my ip address might be blacklisted because I closed few stealth PayPal accounts and after that pass 2 weeks it’s been problems.

I need to buy a vcc and a ip I will try out when I have the money to try and leave feedback on here.

So how are they fully verified then?????

You need a card or a bank account to verify a Paypal account. Using real details does not make an account fully verified.........

And if you are going to use a VCC then it needs to have AVS. A non-AVS VCC on a UK Paypal causes more trouble than they're worth.

Re: PayPal We’ve stopped this payment to keep you safe

Your account is confirmed when Paypal can confirm your address, your account is verified when it can verify your bank account.
Most folks will give Paypal their credit cards to confirm address and a bank account to be verified,so yes,add a credit card.
Like the above poster stated, your card needs AVS
How do you plan to withdraw your fund without a bank account or card?
Send it to another Paypal account?

I usually verify a new PayPal by confirming email address and one time verification text code sent to phone number, that's what I think is fully verified accounts.

Yes I always buy a vcc and im not sure what is AVS and I have never heard of AVS but im sure seller would know I need a AVS on a UK PayPal.

Can PayPal confirm address by attaching a vcc instead of bank account?

I send the funds to a different PayPal account and withdraw funds from ATM.

Re: PayPal We’ve stopped this payment to keep you safe

Like the other poster said, your card has AVS so it can confirm your address -only numeric numbers are confirmed eg street number and zip code/
see,if you do not have card linked to your paypal account, and you send the fund to another paypal account, what if there is any chargeback or INR,INAd?

That different PP account is rock solid?

I don't really like sending funds to another pp and then withdrawing - aren't you losing fees from pp on this?

You are using UNVERIFIED accounts. This will be causing 99% of your issues. You VERIFY a Paypal account by either adding and confirming a bank account OR adding and confirming a VCC (confirmation automatically takes place as it is added).

You always buy a VCC?? This is contrary to what you have said previously.

Any seller offering VCC will know if what they are selling has AVS enabled (the vast majority sold on here dont have AVS). A non-AVS card will work most of the time with UK accounts but periodically Paypal will limit large numbers of UK accounts that have been verified with them. The limitation resolution requires photo ID and credit card statement.

If you apply for a credit or debit card from a bank,it wil have your physical address.

Hello sorry just looked back at this thread and read through all the posts, I got post #14 wrong where I stated about vcc I don’t buy vccs none of the stealth pp accounts have a vcc or bank attached to them.

Re: PayPal We’ve stopped this payment to keep you safe

Someone suggested he buys a VCC,as like you said he has no cc or bank attached to his Paypal account.
then someone said the VCC must have AVS so Paypal can confirm his physical address.
But looks like his problem has gone away.
