How long does the paypal confirmation letter take to arrive?

Far as I am aware, think it comes from Eire. And it can take up to 21 days

I have had one of these letter before it took 2 weeks in business days to arrive and mine arrived from the US.

Anything up to 3-4 weeks is not unusual. They come from Omaha, NE. I've even had one that went through Jamaica on the way!

I am here in the US and have been waiting 15 days with no letter. What do we do if no letter arrives?

i was sent a letter but it was going to a stealth address that i didnt have access to.

i just rang them up and said that i hadnt received the letter and asked if i could fax a 'proof of address' and they just agreed and changed the 6 digit entry code box to a document upload page.

just give them a ring... worked for me

one of the letters that did come from my home address ( different account) had a jamaica stamp on it to.

Lounger, do you know if the envelope that you DID get had the DO NOT FORWARD statement on it so that the post office would not forward it?
