stealth account limited!
 

Hey there, I recently ( 5th December) set up my stealth account: different address, different name and the list goes on.... I verified everything and it said verified although they still put me under the yearly restriction the money that I can receive which is about £1900 then I just took my time till now. Today I tried to buy something of eBay: then when I was about to pay with PayPal they hit me with the limit.....bang.... now they want me do three things:
1: Validate your account information:
At this point when I click to resolve they want me to put my card number and when I put it says: my bank doesn’t accept my card so I should contact them—my bank. Do you guys think it’s because my name is different?
2: Photo ID:
Do you think I could Photoshop my id to change address and name and get away with it?
I need your help guys PLEASE.

Hello i also got limited today for buying a item for £300 and also the funny thing is, that this account is a friends which is all 100% real details. His account was made around november time so is not too new and has 65 100% feedback. Ive used his account to buy items before and its been fine until today. So it could be a new p-p security check they have or something.

But anyway depending on what bank you have the name shouldn't be a problem because the bank and p-p dont share this info. I know lloyds TSB are kinda sensitive to different names tho but depends on how different the name is. Also the photo id is possible aslong as your an expert in photoshop and it looks perfect. End of the day its only paypal so if they wanna play these games, then we should play them too :) Also try putting the card details in another couple times because sometimes the system is quite slow and it takes a couple times to register.
