3rd Time to Upload Documents - Shall I e-mal PP?

Hi

PP have requested that I upload documents to prove my ID. I have faxes stealth ID, the 1st time they rejected my ID because my utility bill was missing pages. Then the 2nd time they rejected as my photo ID was to dark.

I have rescanned my photo ID and im going to fax tomorrow. PP Have also asked me to mail them after I have sent the documents, They didnt ask me to mail them the 1st or 2nd time. My questions are

1 - Shall I mail them after I upload the documents?? Im worried they will trace me and find im using a stealth account.

2 - They have been taking 10 days to check my faxed documents, Will e-mailing them after I have sent them speed up this process?

Calling them up will speed things.

Make sure your docs will be a lot more visible when faxed next time.

And yes, contact them to be kept in the loop!

Yea you should just def call them rather then emailing.. Sometimes you could get a really nice person and they really help you out... one time i got limited and asked to send docs.. but i told a little sob story.. hung up.. Limitation got lifted
