Default Just sign up new paypal+confirm my information but doesn't match ??

I just sign up new paypal account. Then I trying to follow "lift limit" process. When it comes to "provide more information", after click submit, paypal shows message something like "Unfortunately, we can't confirm your information. Send us your documents instead.".

Then they send me email to upload or fax the document.
I have added bank account as well.

Do you think this is OK? or there is some sign that they might block my account?

Why do they ask me for the ID just very early after signing up?

Thanks for your reply. They asking for id very early like this, so do they also lift £1,900 receiving limit after you send them document? or they still limit it?

They are asking for ID because you tried to confirm stealth account information. As it is stealth your info can't be matched up to public records.

You'll need to send in the docs to remove the receiving limit.

So now you can remove receiving limit just from beginning? That's better in my opinion (in case they approve your document). I don't want to get struggling in the middle of the sale while the business is growing very well in that account.

Why would they want them again? He's talking about removing the £1900 limit early in the accounts life.

I removed the £1900 receiving limit straight away when setting up my last pp account by sending in docs. There are now no limits on the account.

I have only just started to sell on that account so not reached £1900 on it but why wouldnt it continue as there is no receiving limit on my account?

I cant see how if you send in docs to remove the limit that I would need to resend them at a later date when the limit had already been removed.

Worst case scenario is that the account would get a manual review and would quickly pass given the docs had already been sent.
