Paypal For Buying Only?

Hi, one of my Buying accounts was linked and suspended.
I want to open a new Paypal account for Buying only on eBay.

Have they changed the options?

To lift limits, i have to add a bank account to verify?
Iam sure in the past i can just add a credit card, check the balance they charge to credit card & verify credit card & thats it.

So is adding a Bamk account to Paypal compulsory now?
Jsut think adding a Bank account is a bit of a waste as i can use that account to make money rather than spend it

You can have an unverified paypal account that you could use for buying on paypal without adding a bank account, but it depends what you want to buy, without verifying it using a bank account the amounts you can transfer from your bank account to your paypal account to spend on ebay will be limited.

In the past you didnt need to do all this crap but its the bane of all our lives the amount of hoops paypal and ebay make us jump through just to buy and sell these days. I would recommend you just bite the bullet and set up a proper verified account and that way you will have a good account you can use for both buying and selling. Hope this helps!

Some sellers will ONLY sell to folx with VERIFIED pp accounts - this is done by...yup, bank account verification =(

Yes it is crappy but since you have already been linked and suspended, make a rock solid new account that you could turn to seller later on...
