With regards to Paypal / Ebay, the buyer always has the option to dispute.

You could do the sale off Ebay and ask for a bank transfer.

The best way to avoid a dispute is to honestly and accurately describe what you are selling.

There are a few catergories which do not enable the buyer protection policy.
