Buy on ebay with suspended paypal account?

Evening all.
I have a question here:
Am I essentially banned from buying on the internet forever?
It seems that Paypal is used on every site that I need to use for stock.
it also immediately blocks everyone elses card I use as a 'guest' at the websites checkout and wont let me use my limited accounts to log in and pay for anything either, ebay in particular.

Is there any way around this?

Limited paypal accounts are not usuable to buy anything. That's what limited is. The use of the account has limits on it.

paypal is getting much tougher with those people trying to be 'guests' to make purchases.

Way round is to make stealth accounts. Forum specializes in helping users do that
