Has anyone else had the same one , also says NEED INFORMATION TO COMPLY WITH EU REGULATIONS ?

Are you talking about when lifting the £1900 limit?

To comply with EU regulations they require Proof ID & Proof of address....mainly it is an anti-money laundering practice.
