I have just checked it, they do offer a UK bank account for $100 for non-residents?
did anyone try them?

Have no idea. To be honest. Thought someone has been used this. My residency country UK, have 7 bank acc, each for separate pp acc....and all are was linked in pp in 24h time when i try to widraw funds to one off this bank acc.
