How long does it take to update address after changing it with the bank ?

Hi

I have just updated my address details with Capital One today.

But when I tried adding the card to Paypal, it came up with an error message, saying the address check failed.

I called up Paypal and they said it's an issue with the bank. Called the bank up and they said the address is exactly as I told them.

Could you tell me how long it usually takes to update the billing address ? I can already see the new billing address on my Capital One account, but Paypal does not seem to be accepting it, and I urgently need to make some purchases.

do you mean a capital one credit card? or bank?

i changed my address with capital one credit card when i moved home. even though it had changed on my account (i could see the new address on my account) it took about a week till i could use it again. companys kept saying the address was incoreect.

leave it for about a week and try again.

It's the capital one credit card.

I'll do exactly as you said and leave it for a week
