If I connect a second router to my line use that to connect to the internet instead of using my primary router, will my IP address be different?

hello, i brought a 3g dongle today and it changes your ip address everytime you connect

what speed are you getting with the dongle though?

In some areas such as mine mobile broadband gives me a speed slower than dial-up :(
