Leave outstanding fees plus a potential chargeback for one item - the rest is yours

why would you not draw your money out??

especially if you are a supposed new customer

i have left it all in for weeks and still been busted, i think personally if you have a new account and are new supposedly to paypal it is more natural to draw it out instantly

thats my take anyway

not in the slightest right^^^

you take money in and take it all out expect a few raised eyebrows

you will of been limited for other reasons

fact=paypal like to always see funds in an account especially active ones incase of any chargebacks etc

i always say dont make them nervous

they dont want to lose money so dont make them feel as if you are a liability

has anyone any facts on this or is it based on idea

i am not a guru on any of these matters i have ran a few accounts taken money out straight away and left it in and in fact the accounts i have had closed quicker were ones i left money in

and from a logical point of view think about it does it make more sense to limit an account with cash or limit one with nothing in

they have nothing to gain from limiting an account with £0 cash

try keeping a few hundres in they have something to hold if they think the account is suspicious

if you are a new seller its normal to want to remove your cash
if you have the feedback positive withdraw the cash that is the route i will be taking

i have multiple acct's - i never clear it out, as a result pp & eb are being quite nice to me - raising limits etc.

I would imagine that PP are taking more notice of ppl clearing out acct's than trying to fathom an algorithm that tries to acertain whether a person is a stealth member by monitoring their actions.
