New paypal not use with ebay question

Hi guys, Got my paypal and ebay acc suspended few weeks ago.
And I bought the Stealth Book which is very useful for me.
I already strated creating stealth eb and pp accs but have a question for non stealth related.
Since my old pp acc was suspended due to my ebay acc was suspended. Now if i open a new pp with new address, new phone number and new bank acc, vcc. basically everything new expect my name. And I WILL NOT LINK this paypal to any eb account, will just use it to receive payment from customer directly(no check out thingy or ebay thingy involved at all).
Question is, will this acc got suspended later on? Or it can work in this way?

It will work but as far as I aware, you'll still have the limits in place until you verify the account.

And if you're accepting payments through a website, it's best to have all of your details on that website match your Stealth PayPal details.

Although, don't take my word as gospel. Probably best to wait for the experts to chime in!

Correct - but this is Paypal we are dealing with so assume the worst at all times

Thanks for all your input.
Just wanna make sure that and I'm not suing it to take payments from website, it's just for customer sending payments directly through paypal (enter your email address and amount blablabla) that kind of thing.

Anyway, great help guys!
