i need help with ebay/paypal question

hi i have a question and i hope someone can give me a few pointers.
i sell stuff on ebay from time to time.I want to know this

can you set up an ebay with a giftcard and then a paypal.If the paypal is registered with just a giftcard and no bank account can you still send money up to the 2000 limit or whatever it is to another name.So I have the ebay and paypal in nonsense names and only sell until I get the 1800 or so,then just basically abandon that account.I wouuld need about 5 of these.The paypal bank account verify is my problem and I am tired of opening up dozens of the stupid bank accounts and prepaid cards.I was useing the etrade method but it doesnt work anymore.

Through reading around and testing, I still feel that an unverified pp account is tough to operate with on eb - you never know when you get limited and have to rinse/repeat with new accounts.

I know of that eTrade method (I did not know it does not work anymore) - why don't you shell out a bit of $ and get a Virtual bank account (VBA) that accepts the microdeposits to confirm the pp account? Sellers here will offer that too. That's one good route to solidifying your pp for selling.
