Paypal Sending limit?

ok never had this problem before when i send money from paypal i get a (you must add more money to your account) even tho theres 130 in there and it lets me send 10pound at a time not higher

Are there payment holds on the account i.e. is there a pending balance and have you attached a bank account to raise the initial limits.

Random folx have reported low sending limits regardless of what they do.
