Original Paypal to Stealth Paypal

Just recently my ebay acc got restricted. I was wandering if i could transfer money from old paypal (linked to restricted ebay acc) to my new stealth paypal acc.

Do that and LINK the accounts.

Still sound a bright idea?

Why not just withdraw the money to your bank from your PP ? I presume your PP is not limited, if it were you would not be able to do a transfer anyway.
So just remove it to your bank, no?

It's the UK....bank accounts are usually attached
