Hi i have had a paypal account before when i was 17, i turned 18 yesterday and i want to open a fresh new account with my correct DoB,

can i do this? and will my new account be limited as my previous one was due to not providing ID.

If all other details you use are the same then yes any new account would in all probability be limited almost immediately.

then if they ask for id i can send my real id because im finally over 18 will they lift it immediately?

I think you've missed the point completely.

YOU CANNOT USE ANY INFORMATION THAT IS THE SAME AS THAT USED ON A BANNED ACCOUNT.

Paypal doesn't care about DoB as much. You can try resurrecting your old account with your current ID and just mention that you've accidentally wrote your DOB wrong upon registration. I've done this before, and they were able to lift the limitation and fix my DoB.
