hi
i have a stealth account which has reached its limit
as it was a address on a industrial estate
i decided to add a street address.
when i went to add it
i found that my proper name and address came up in the addresses page!!
how can this be??
as ive never added it
so does this now mean that this payapl is linked to my band home address??
if so should i just forget all about it and not send stealth I D??
and would i get any of the money left in the account back after the 130 days has run out??

Then you have linked it somewhere. A name and address does not just appear. As far as we know there is no such thing as magic

You've obviously ordered something and had it sent to your "real" address!

An address just doesn't appear!

If you have used your real address on paypal account to pay for something and then link that paypal account to an ebay account, all the linked address in that paypal account will link to ebay and vice versa.
Ebay will of course have these addresses now.
If the 130 days (180 days) you are referring to is a limited paypal account, then yes you will be able to withdraw after this time has passed.

if they are available then send them

if it takes you a while to find them then it would depend on the figures

i have logged in to a old paypal, as i have funds locked down
so needed to check them out!
so i suppose that could of done it that way, well you live and learn
dont suppose its worth sending I D if its got my real name & address on there now
is it???
just dont want to do I D if it isnt going to work

Definately, thats what happened.
Logging into old suspended paypal account on your new user account will get you linked 100%

Are you wanting to send in documents for your real paypal account or a stealth account?
You would have to send in the documents which you registered the paypal account with. They have to match.
However it is highly unlikely that they will lift the limitation on the account.

let us not confuse OP. The reason your real address is on the stealth paypal is probably because you ordered via a site, put your delivery address on site and used paypal to pay, thinking it was seperate but it got passed to paypal when you paid..these addresses are often added by people eg gift addresses, so not necessarily going to cause an automatic ban - unfortunately they are not deletable by you, old addresses hang around and you can have tons of them if you ship to various addresses or move alot...

less likely is the link of banned account login on same cookies, user, ip etc...I read a post where someone said paypal manually put address in to his new stealth when linked, but not usual...

try not to worry done now, but I personally would not go for any verifcations and draw attention to account, leave it under £1900 limit, you may then get to keep it as a low usage acc....

i realised that i did buy something and get it delivered to my banned address
really didnt think that would link it as it was a msg to the seller!!
well you live and learn!

so no use in sending I D
ive already reached the £1900 on my stealth account
thats why i need to send I D
i have 500 in my account, will i see that again or is that it, lost forever

you have hit the 1900 already, I am not 100% but once verification is asked for think you must provide ID or risk limitation, if you were at under £1650 you would be safe to stop and you would wait for reset date for limit, and start taking money again...

someone may chime in, as not happened to me, if you can just ignore request and it will auto-reset...

well if worst happens then you have to wait up to 180 days to withdraw

yeah i think you have 130 days to provide ID
i just wanted to know if they had any rites in keeping my money!
but if it takes 180 days to get it back, it will be a nice xmas bonus!!!
suppose its time to start a new stealth account??
