Paypal Problems

Hi guys

i need abit of info regarding paypal. Recently i sold an item on ebay, payment was made into my new paypal account, but the funds have been stated to be pending as im a new seller. They could be helf for upto 21days or until positive feed back is left. Is there anyway around this process.

no way around it, can be shortened if input tracking or get positive feedback
