Depends on how you open the pp - how much money comes in - what you are selling - how fast you try to withdraw the money - you get my drift? Not a simple answer.

A remote maybe. Depends on the conduct of the account & risk factors to paypal's eyes.

Are these on or off ebay transactions?

If they are off ebay, then consider have other payment options too

Hoped you would say that

You can have paypal for off-ebay transactions.

BUT if paypal has the slightest wiff of 'problems', they do apply holds on funds.

Certain steps are needed to decrease this happening
