Default Update expired entropay card on Paypal..?

Hi Peeps,

Got a message from PAYPAL that my cc is about to expire and up date etc.
Anyway i logged into entropay and the ccs has updated itself giving me an extra year, fine, logged in gaypal clicked update, left all details as default address etc and changed only the expiry date and 3 numbs, these were only boxes highlighted to change so clicked next and got the following message:

This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.

Wtf?? Any way logged out and logged back in and check the card page and its been updated with the new details?? Any one know whats happened? Account still safe? Do you normally get an email from PAYPAL to confirm the changes as i havent got no emails as of yet??

I have successfully updated an EP card on an old pp account without problems.

Just a glitch you saw

Ah cool, it was just that i hadnt logged into entro pay for aaagggeeesss and i had yo type a code in to get my account live again before i could get card details, do we not normally get an email from pp bought new card added..??

Not a given with paypal UK.

In fact, I tend to not get emails despite their claims they send them.

In fact, pp UK has been known to suspend for EP use.

when this come in to play about being suspended for using EP.. ive had my pp for over couple of years etc and have always used EP, just this once i have had the glitch..? EP i have on there just for back up use..hardly ever use it..

Factually, no more than one dozen reports if that.

It's always been dependant on the user & account creation

I have had two types of limitation resulting from Entropay... the first one is where they tell you that you haven't used your (brand new...) account for a while and the other one is where they state that there is an issue with your credit/debit card. The first problem is easily solved by waiting about an hour before adding the card to your account (through the "My money" section), but I never did find the solution to the second one.
