There are companies in our neighbor country i send the money to them through there PayPal account then they send the money to me via Mobile Money service.

Yes it is impossible that why i want to use the exchange method, can you PM me or mention it here if it is allowed the site that buy paypal fund and give cash so i can see their charges if you wont mind.

My worry is can't this draw attention to PayPal to cause my account closure or being limited because they will see every transaction is sent to another account and not to bank account this is what i am worrying, Please send me the site you mentioned so i can compare with this guy in case of percentage they charge and size of amount i can withdraw.

Yes there fees aren't to big but they have very low limit in withdraw, that is why i am asking for the site Day11 mentioned so i can compare who offer the best service.

Just buy something and have it shipped to your place. Sell it local for cash.
