I did not know him giving me a VCC was against rules? and Just a CD case thing.

If he gave you it then that was a very generous gesture, if he sold it to you he'll be getting a visit from the VCC police. :d

Dont worry about it, you wont get in trouble. In future go to one of the approved & trusted sellers on the forum.

He never charged me, he has tried to help me :)

I never told said anything different to what was said in "private". I formed my reply a bit different to how I would have had I known that it was you though, since I didn't realise that it was you who made the thread... I didn't recognise your name.

So what I said doesn't apply to your case, since you didn't even get to the stage of getting paid this time, and that item should have been fine. I'm guessing that it's due to the item specifics that were used, that you got this particular McViolation.
