This message has been displayed the last 2 times I used the 'one time payment' method to pay my EB fees with the linked PP account. It shows up on the final page where you press 'Continue' and the payment goes through.

It shows my email address and mobile number, option to change contact details, and the ticky box with message.

I already have this email address and number registered with EB so I am confused why this message is coming up now, what has prompted it, and next time around should I tick the box ( not done it as yet)?

Only guess is that EB tried and failed to reach me on my mobile at some point. The SIM was out of the phone for a few weeks though I now have one phone for each SIM to keep all the numbers active.

Any ideas?

Ah, good. If the contact details are already accurate and with EB do you tick the box to keep them happy or just ignore it? Thanks
