◈ Cashplus verifying for a paypal account? ◈

My last paypal account got banned. I tried to use a cashplus account and verified the cc. When I got a the account set-up I had a bank account number and sort code, when I tried to verify my cashplus bank account details but the two payments didn't come through from paypal, why? Does paypal not like people using online bank account?

The problem is Cashplus not online banks in general
