fault with paypal

Anybody having problems paying invoices on PayPal, unable to pay supplier in china

May not be an issue with paypal.

The words Paypal and China never go well together.

What is the exact issue?

Mass pay did not work last night (UK to UK)

Keeps, taking me back to you have a invoice when I click on pay now. I made a payment yesterday from the same account. I tried making a payment from other account and got same problem, these are all stealth PayPal account with only vcc which I use to pay supplier,this is first time this has happened.

Checked on the PayPal forum, there was some sort of tech issue which has been resolved, managed to pay invoices... happy days lol
