Thanks to all for the answers. I made a payment to collection agency that ebay sent to me and they charged me £8 more (probably for their services to call me every day at 8am until I pay!).

Anyhow, guys, I came up with the different question please.

As this story ends and I still have 2 working (limited from selling and connected to suspended) accounts, I was wondering what if I will make a new PayPal stealth (with the 3V card) only for buying and will connect it to one of these accounts to do purchases on ebay.

I do understand that it probably won't last long, my reason for that, what I still want to receive the items to my address and in my name (in case I will be need to go and collect it from the postoffice) and making ebay stealth for that I guess will be more complicated.

What are your thoughts guys? How is it going to work?

Should look into getting a post office box going for alternate address with access for returns/if you want to purchase and receive.

The PO boxes are very expensive in the UK and probably my purchases would cost less then PO box charges a month...

As I still have 2 accounts with ebay which are working (both limited from selling and linked to suspended account), I am thinking to make a stealth PayPal for buying only (with 3V card and don't connect a bank account) and connect it to one of the ebay accounts for buying only.

I do understand that it probably won't last long, but it will be more convinient because I have a right name and address for deliveries on this ebay account.

So my questions are:

Will ebay check the name and address on the PayPal account and ebay account (because they won't match)?

How is the big possibility that they will close/suspend my ebay (or stealth PayPal as well) if I will be only buying with these accounts?

What the consequenses are if they find out that the names of the accounts are different? Fraud or something?

So you have 2 accounts that you can use to buy, but not to sell on.

A flag will be raised if the PP address does not match the EB address.

The account I would not think would last very long if they are already limited and you want to change a whole load of details on them / link them to a PP with totally different details.

Consequences are you loose the accounts and any addresses linked to them as well as and bank accounts linked into old PP's that are linked to the now limited EB's. And an angry email from EB and possibly PP.

The old PayPal doesn't linked now to any ebay accounts (I want to leave it clear and use only for internet purchases, not ebay, although it has the same details as ebay accounts (real), but can they find my old PayPal if its not linked to ebay anymore?).

I actually wasn't going to change the name and address on ebay account, that was the point to use it, so I can use these details.

Of course they can. You are linking yourself and that is bad.

paypal cares about far too much. If they decided to 'dislike' a transaction, they will put a limit on the account. Will not matter where it cam from.

paypal are not nice. Learn that now.

You MUST make everything as safe as you can. Otherwise paypal will stop you doing business.

Good plan for the old pp - dont use it for eB. There are many cases where the eB account goes down but the pp is still alive. Technically, they can still "find" it but if you keep your buying and activities to low risk, you can survive.

They care a LOT about where the payment comes from - it's all part of the risk analysis
