Paypal negative balance eBay fees

If you have to pay off a refund and eBay seller fees does this result in your paypal balance going negative and you just have to pay that off. Or do you have to pay that off and also go on eBay and pay balances on there. It feels I'm getting double charged if I have to do the second part. ??????

You can't get a negative PayPal balance. If you don't have enough money to pay ebay fees the payment will fail and yku will keep getting payment reminders until you pay off the balance.

eB fees cant be taken from PP if there is no money - PP wont allow for a negative balance due to eB. One of the inherent aspects build into the platform.
