eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Problems Withdrawing Today? Anyone Else?

I Googled and found a site where people had the problem in 2011, so I guessed maybe it's a cyber attack at PayPal and they have to suspend payments out until it's sorted. (crazy imagination there lol).

Still getting payments coming in though.

No cyber attack noted recently on press release.

Did a £200 withdrawal and worked fine as always. Literally hit my bank within a minute.
