Has happened on mine after I have verified my paypal, not sure why theyre not working anymore

Halifax savers don't work that's the one that's been declined

Hi guys, which HSBC saver works for verification and withdrawal? I have an HSBC Online Bonus Saver account. Will this work with both verification and withdrawal? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
