On what grounds does paypal offer a message like that?
What bank & type of account is involved?

Hi GB,
Bank accounts:
2 Barclays and 1 Santander. Barclays ES (saver) and Santander basic account. Brand new savers and basic account. All my accounts.
PP accounts:
3 new stealths. All done in my usual way, with different ISPs, etc. |

Could be another PP UK glitch? Retry in 24-48 hours? Especially if never used before... |

i think barclays savers are not working now the dd mandate rejected on multiple accounts as of last thursday. anyone else experienced the same? |

I just used another Barclays Everyday Saver with a new PP account. This time, was OK, as in verified OK. |

Saver accounts are savings accounts which more often than not cant take DD mandates or payments. They are literally deposit only accounts. You want to open current accounts. There are basic current accounts out there that are easy to open which are fully acceptable for use with stealth.

Hi GB,
Depends on my PP accounts. VF, 3UK, etc.
For these 3 news ones, I used Sky, VF and 3.
Then, when I created the additional new one, used Sky.
Tbh, I am 100% sure it's not an Internet issue.

PP's been behaving well, since the above. However..... I got the above error on a new account today (new PP account, new bank account, valid address, stealth, etc.) I think this might be a new major error to rival the "paypal server error" from months ago - lol. |
