Default Question about potential negative balance

Hi folks:P

I have dilemma regarding paypal balance.
So, I plan to do some big sale on eBay and collect nice paypal balance, then I want to withdraw 90-100% of pp balance to have this money in real life because I am getting sick of paypal limitations.

Those operation would be done on stealth acc, but because I like to keep things very safe and fair, I am know that after withdraw some buyers will open cases, it usually happens...
So then my balance could go to big minus amount, even like over thousand. Good thing is that I will win majority of cases and after I am done with all of them I will payback the minus amount back to paypal.

The thing I am consider about is, if paypal will not start trying to collect the negative balance over the time when cases are ongoing, which could be even like a month or longer.

Sorry for such a long message but I hope someone can help me to solve my dilemma. The problem described above is mostly caused by the fact that I want to be fair and safe and paypal simply don't care about being fair.

What dilema is there to solve?

You are picking to use paypal. You need to operate your business correctly.

You kinda sound shonky if you already think there will be issues.

Are you?

Not shonky at all...
As I said I am fair and I want to keep tings safe.
Dilemma is because I predict that my pyapal balance will go to minus because I want to have money in my bank not held by ongoing cases. As well as I said in previous post in time all cases are fished I will pay back, what left from minus balance.

Maybe I should say in this way, long question short:
Do you know if paypal will start collecting the negative balance over 30-60 days when it occurs because of ongoing cases?

Thank you.

If you have ongoing cases like you describe, your paypal account may be limited.

paypal does not 'see' your way as ideal.

Why are you so certain they'll be "ongoing cases"?

Are you selling dodgy stuff?

If there's no problems with the product & you deliver on time, opened cases shouldn't keep happening

Not doggy but chinese manufactured, as everything those days...
Often I have cases with people who expected item to be bigger size etc., when in my listing are exact dimensions...

So because of this ongoing cases I have problems with paypal, and I want to withdraw 90-100% before paypal limits my account. So that's why I ask:
Do you know if paypal will start collecting the negative balance over 30-60 days when it occurs because of ongoing cases?

If someone has knowledge in this filed answer will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When the balance goes into the negative, they are pretty fast to try to get it back.

I get at most 1% of all sales ending up in a case, usually the years average is about 0.3%.

To be so sure that you will end up having cases opened against you suggests that you may need to put a lot more details into your listings to ensure people know what they are buying.
