I add bank account, verify bank account and then add VCC and confirm the address.

Yep, doesn't matter.

Either way works fine. Just remember though, you can't confirm the VCC until the account is verified with the bank account.

Makes no difference - I usually end up with Entropay first so I can get some purchasing done

Depends if you have OCD. LOL.

Do it in the order you prefer.

Make sure right from the start to log all your info.

I have a question
Will a new debit card number work just as well as a VCC as long as I know a payment won't be made from the debit card or am I giving my real name and address away when I do this?
Also ID verify - I keep being asked for ID verify. What triggers this and how do I avoid it. I am being asked for documents I can't provide as they have my real ID on them thus burning the new bank account I have taken the trouble to get opened.

You would appear to be missing some very basic principles here.

You need to buy the stealth guide and read it until you understand ALL the basic principles of stealth befor making and operating accounts.

When you've got a grasp on it come back here with a plan and users here will put you on the right track.

No, it will fail the AVS check.

A number of things can trigger this. Most often its the EU £1900 limit that requires ID, but it could also just be that you have flagged something in PP and they want your ID.

You cannot avoid it. It applies to all PayPal accounts.

If you do not want to have send in docs avoid selling over £1900 in a year

Now I am working on a new Paypal account.
What does 'Link and confirm credit card' do. What limit does it lift? Does it still need to be linked when it has been verified?:confused:

The process lifts no limits on UK paypal. It confirms the address. Not essential but is best practice.
