Paypal Limited

I haven't used eBay in about 5 months so haven't really been logging in and out anywhere, but suddenly this morning I receive an email saying my Paypal has been limited. This is the email I have received:

20 Apr 2014: To help protect our customers' accounts, we routinely review account activity. It appears that you have more than one account, and one has engaged in activity that violates our User Agreement.

As a result, we've limited both accounts. You'll still be able to log in to view your transaction history, but you won't be able to send or receive money.

What are the steps I have to take now to remove this limitation? My stealth account was clean with no known traces Paypal could have used, I require some urgent advice please

Obviously you got linked some how. You pretty much have to start over, as you got linked somehow. Any idea how this could have happened?

Any steps provided by PP to REMOVE the limitation? Linked accounts is pretty serious and many times, you wont be able to be reinstated....but first comes first, do you know about stealth?

I have 100% been clean for sure but approximately 8 months ago my dad made a new eBay account with my previous banned address and my stealth account was logged into the laptop before, I am guessing it was linked via the same I.P address? But after so long? Is this possible

It has been some time since I have read the stealth again or even used eBay, I have increased Paypal limits before via help from this forum so I do have some knowledge

Was this the reason then?Is there any hope for this account?

Did you perhaps read your PayPal emails on the same ip or PC as the banned one?

I have purchased a new router for this stealth account that has been up and running for almost 2 years now, and haven't logged into the account or opened the emails so cannot be the i.p issue

The PC windows account that has had previously been logged in with my banned account has been deleted so it cannot be the PC

However, my phone has both my banned email and my stealth email logged in but I never open links from Paypal, is having both emails logged into the same phone sufficient enough for them to link both accounts?

It would be fine as long as you dont read both paypal/ebay emails on the same device.
Do you have images disabled? If not it could have been the reason.
As once is enough to get caught.

If you think this decision has been made in error, you can appeal. To do
this, please visit the Help Centre at *******.co.uk and click Contact
Us.

When you contact us, please have the following documents ready:
1. Your passport, driver’s licence or another form of ID issued by the
Government
2. Recent utility bill
3. Business registration number or proof of company registration (if your
account is in the name of a company).

I don't think I have images disabled particularly but then again I don't think images appear from emails unless I specifically open them, which I don't
