How long does it take Paypal to review documents?

They have asked just for ID and address proof
Have sent all the documents.
Had exactly matched info
7 days so far waiting ...

I have waited 20 days on one account so far. Many others have been 14 days plus.

It happens from time to time. Probably due to holidays.

Do you have to wait for them to ask for the documents, then wait the time they take to lift the limits after that, or can you upload them as soon as you start the account so that the limits are lifted nearer the time they put a hold on your transactions. Sorry but I'm new at this and I'm bound to start off all the "warning" bells and whistles despite having read the stealth guide.

I waited 7 days, so phoned them up and the guy checked them there and then for me and my account was instantly back to normal, its an 0800 number so maybe worth doing that.

Just make sure you have all your stealth account details at hand as they check them for security reasons.

Had different delays, from 2 to 10+ days. Sometimes calling in helps, as I personally had a couple of cases when they already checked docs, but "forgot" to reactivate the account.

i waited just shy of 2 months there, all good though eventually. time to sell properly on that account

i know guys on here have said dont call, dont call... but you lot are very good to be waiting 1/2/3/4 weeks -

i send in docs and sometimes immediately i call them and someone reviews it literally there and then and says yes this is ok, we'll get you back on again

Document reviews are being done in less than 48 hours at the moment on ALL accounts so it really is pointless to phone in. Doing so just puts the account at further risk.

yeah comparing paypal to 10 years ago lol they definitely have sped up their response rates

i remember when there was no number to call them... can you imagine... -__-

and withdrawals took a full 5 working days

After 3 days if you don't receive any feedback from paypal, call them. I think it's better

Got 1 uk pp verified in 2 days. that was last week. Now uploaded docs for another account. Lets c how i goes.
