Ebay Stealth - paypal Account tracking IP??

OK, it may sound as if it shouldnt be in this section of the forum, but allow me to explain my situation:

So, my ebay account is infinity suspended. I have bought the stealth guide.

Followed all info on it. I should be on ebay again soon. I now have a new account on my computer to deal with this new ebay account. also aware of the fact that both ebay and paypal track IPs.

I still need access to my old paypal account, and i use it on a daily basis. When I connect my new paypal account (from another user account) do I need to clear my IP everytime?
