Question PP docs review / 1 month

I sent the PP docs a month ago & still have not heard anything back, any ideas as to why it is taking so long? Do I email them or just wait?

Send those docs to these faxes: +14025375731 and +448707307197 (providing the "Coversheet" page to be the first one, where is your e-mail, Case ID, etc.) using some web fax software (pretty easy these days, freely). And wait 2-3 days. Then call them if nothing happens using the "Contact" form phones.

Poor advice.

UK document reviews are taking a very long time at the moment (around a month). There is no need to fax them when they have already been uploaded.

Patience is the only thing that is required.

What about pushing by call into the 'queue'?

Btw, what was the Ireland's fax number? +35314369819 but it's not ("the recipient's fax machine did not answer"). Found it by some other forum thread here.

There're queues for "accs hitting the fraud". Definitely there should be queues (as I've mentioned into my previous post) for "reviewing people's docs".

So calling them and asking to be pushed ahead into the queue for reviewing the docs might be a good tip without waiting for weeks in order to be reviewed. They'll exchange internal message between the relevant departments about this.

How much selling do you actually do on eBay?

Why would you suggest doing that with stealth?

Patience is the key.

Not jumping queues. No way would a sensible stealther expose an account to different internal eBay departments.

Once again, I totally disagree with this idea but it's your choice to make.

The current waiting time is very rare and phoning up to rock the boat just draws unnecessary attention to the account.
