Hi Im totally new to Paypal and Ebay. I'm moving over from Amazon, as my stealth accounts are failing there.

Just created a paypal account. Verified BAnk account, gave a CC number , recieved the following email :
"Congratulations! Your withdrawal limit has now been lifted. You can now withdraw unlimited funds from your PayPal account."

What does this mean if i get payents i will be able to transfer them to my Bank?

Because i also have Account limits to 1,900.00 GBP and a button that says Lift Limits. If i click this button, will i need further account verification like Showing proofs?
If i dont then I just do 1,900.00 GBP worth business a year?

Also i tried to sell on Ebay.com and it said I cant sell international , as i need 10 feedbacks and the firstsale should be 90 days ago!

• You can Withdraw unlimited funds, but your PP Balance receive limit is 1900 GBP. So the limit is again - 1900;
• About the account limit - they might ask to provide your Business info, ID and Proof of Address (Utility bill, Bank Statement) at 1650 GBP (proof: 1 / 2 / 3 / 4);
• You can withdraw funds both to your CC and/or Bank;
• You can only sell into your domestic eB-site (eB.co.uk), yeah. Get 10 feedbacks and see if you'll be able to list into the other regional eB-sites. If not, then definitely should wait 90 days in order to have proven track of sales history. You can put a "tick" into your listing(s) to be visible internationally. More info about this: 1 / 2 / 3.
